Payment

Accepted payment methods: Cash (in person), Official Cashier's Check, Domestic Wire Transfer.

Deposit: $200 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close. Deposit is non-refundable except as required by applicable eBay Motors Buyer Protection policies.

Balance Due: Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable taxes and fees) within 5 business days of auction close. Vehicle will not be released for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank.

Shipping / Delivery

Vehicle location: Hollywood, FL 33023.
Buyer is responsible for arranging pickup and/or shipping. If requested, seller may assist with locating a carrier; however, all shipping arrangements, costs, claims, delays, and delivery issues are solely between the Buyer and the Carrier. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

AS-IS / Warranty / Service Contract Disclosure

AS-IS SALE: This vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no dealer warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any remaining manufacturer warranty, if applicable, is determined solely by the manufacturer and subject to manufacturer terms. Dealer makes no representations regarding manufacturer warranty coverage.

Third-Party Service Contract (If Applicable): A third-party service contract (e.g., "National Platinum Drivetrain Plan" for 3 months/3,000 miles), administered by an independent provider, may be included with this vehicle or may be available at additional cost. Coverage (if any) is provided solely by the service contract provider and is subject to its terms, conditions, limitations, eligibility requirements, and claims approval. Condition / Accessories / Normal Wear

As a pre-owned vehicle, it may not include all accessories (for example: extra keys, navigation discs, floor mats, tools, owner's manuals, or other accessories). Pre-owned vehicles may show normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, dings, and interior wear. Please confirm included accessories and features prior to purchase.

EV / Connected Services (If Applicable): No paid subscriptions or connected services (including charging plans, supercharging access, app features, or other services) are guaranteed to transfer with the vehicle. Availability is determined solely by the manufacturer and/or third-party providers.

Independent Inspection

Financing may be available for qualified buyers. All financing is subject to lender approval and terms.
